Adriane knows what it’s like to crave self-care but struggle to make it a habit. As a Reiki Master and holistic wellness practitioner, she has spent years helping women break through the noise of daily life, reconnect with their authentic selves, and find balance in the midst of chaos.

She created Spill the Tea: A Mindfulness Journal for Self-Discovery for women who want to journal but feel stuck staring at blank pages. With guided prompts and gentle reflection exercises, this journal is your invitation to slow down, pour into your own cup, and rediscover the magic within.
